Saturday, May 4th 11am-4pm
Wilson County Fairgrounds
(James E. Ward Ag Center)
945 E. Baddour Pkwy

Bark in the Park is family friendly with activities for you, the kids and your dog.
Kid friendly activities will include bounces and a scavenger hunt. For your dog(s), there will be dog contests, an obstacle course and a pet treat station. That's not all. We are looking forward to the accoustic corner, the "Look what the cat dragged in" yard sale and give aways. Food, of course, this year we have Your Dish is Our Command, Big O Concession and Lisa's Kettle Corn. Come out and support a great cause while enjoying time with your family. See you there!

Vendor Load In Information
Booth assignments will be clearly marked.
A map will be available for reference to help with booth location, parking, etc.
All requests for specific locations will be honored to the best of our ability. We have had a lot of specific location requests this year and we are working hard to accomodate all of them. If for some reason, you feel that your request was not fully met, please understand that we are working with multiple products and services and some concessions may have to be made.
Vendors & Sponsors will be allowed to set up on Friday, May 3rd between 3:00pm-5:00pm and/or Saturday, May 4th between 9:00am-10:30am. Feel free to bring your tables, chairs, tent, etc on Friday and then bring product, materials, etc on Saturday if this more convenient.
We ask that everyone be set up by 10:30am on Saturday, May 4th, the event begins at 11:00am but attendees typically arrive early.
Cars will be allowed near the set up area but due to multiple tents, food trailers and semi for the yard sale, not everyone will be able to pull directly to their booth. We will have volunteers on hand to help as needed.
We ask that everyone offload their vehicles and move them immediately to accomodate others that will be waiting to offload their supplies and booth materials. We understand that it is tempting to keep your vehicle near your booth but we ask that everyone be considerate of others in the set up area and the need to accomodate multiple vehicles in the area. Please note others trying to load in/out and be as courteous as possible with vehicles and set up space.
- If you have requested and paid for electric, please bring 50 ft-100ft of extension cords.
- Unless you paid for table(s) and chair(s) or they were included in your sponsorship, please bring tables & chairs for your booth.
- Please bring a 10 x10 pop up to cover your area, event is rain or shine, please plan accordingly.
